Over Nios it has
Better boot space,
Better steering
More Highway stability
Over Swift it had-
Relatively higher build quality
More space in rear and in boot
So go for i20 base as you can always install after market alloys for your car and other accessories as well that you'll get in a higher variant. So better to spend the money on better overall car.

Height is not an issue in this vehicle I’m 5 feet 5 I don’t have any issues in viewing I have a i20 and it’s a very beautiful and comfortable car

Tough call! I'd choose new Baleno. It's got more power, peppier engine, butter smooth gearbox and a bit better build quality than the new i20
