But chiropractic has really no basis in science and can actually be dangerous even to young, healthy patients
If Anyone doubts that Martian is right, the man who invented chiropractic medicine, Daniel David Palmer, claimed he had learned the technique from a ghost. He also said chiropractic medicine should become a religious movement, and that misaligned nerves were the cause of ALL illnesses. I wish I was making that up. DO NOT let these people go ANYWHERE near your neck
@@Martian_Foxthere’s nothing wrong with a few adjustments or stretches. This is a science of how the bones are placed and take impacts, I don’t find if bad unless it’s very aggressive or rigorous.
@@Martian_FoxWhile I agree to an extent, this particular chiropractor was correct in her anatomy & physiology & explained things well so she’s practicing safely from what I saw

I feel like I would need an adjustment but I’d get so nervous with the snapping. Especially around the neck. 😮
There’s other methods. I see a physio for my similar issues (I get severe vertigo with mine) and he just gently moves the joints.
That’s not an unfounded fear. It’s actually quite dangerous.
You could see a DO who actually does that stuff (many don't in practice), there are plenty of non-cracking methods they do!
