a front courtyard in the desert is a great idea, and if i ever build another home, it will be a must.

I knew that this was a Toll Bros home by all the hundred of thousands of dollars in upgrades. ..does this model include RV parking on property? This home looks very much like the Toll Bros homes in Vegas.

How much is this home?
Hello! The base price for the Hastings is currently $725,000. With any new construction there will also be the cost of the lot premium and any design upgrades and landscaping.
@@aureliarealtygroup-phoenix1189 2021. Those were the days. Hastings starting price is now $1.2M before upgrades. With upgrades and course-view lot premiums many of these will be over $2M in 2024.
Who designs a "private" courtyard that isn't 100 percent surrounded by the residence? What's the pointy of such an extravagant entry.. Zero security zero privacy none of the reasons inner courtyards were designed for. Modern build with absolutely no purpose..
