Supplements are isolated and inorganic. Best way to get these is through whole plants or pollen
It is definitely best to get your nutrients from whole food plant sources… not disagreeing with you there. But I do believe supplements are still essential as it’s hard to get EVERY nutrient solely by what we consume. Our soil is so depleted now.

I'm a school teacher as well - it's hard to find the time and energy to prepare meals! Here's what I do: I make a big batch of green juice on Sundays and portion freeze it, then I just take out a portion each night to drink first thing in the morning while I get ready for work. Breakfast part 1 is usually a big bowl of seasonal fruit (mostly apples, pears or oranges at the moment), which I wash the night before so I can just quickly cut them up in the morning. In reality I'm way too tired in the evenings to prep anything but I make myself do it as it's worth it when I wake up. Breakfast part 2 is usually a few bananas that I have when I get to work as they're easy to eat on the go. Lunch is usually a big green smoothie which I sometimes make the night before, sometimes batch make on Sundays and portion freeze. It's quick and convenient to have for lunch at work, especially when I don't get to sit down and have my lunch in peace and quiet (which is a lot!). Dinner on work nights is usually a big but simple salad, I make the dressing ahead of time on Sunday and if I run out during the week I just make a quick dressing with tahini, water and lemon juice (I keep some bottled lemon juice for quick dressings). I totally get what you say about being too stressed to do breakfast at all, it's my least favourite thing about this job, how regimented (and long!) our days are and especially the stressful mornings. I'm up at 4:30 and out the door by 6-6:30 most days. But knowing that I've got my green juice and fruit ready to go makes it easier, and no matter how busy my mornings are I make sure I have this nourishing and hydrating breakfast every morning (even if I have to eat while I get ready or finish lesson planning) as it makes a huge difference to my wellbeing and ability to function properly. This job leaves me exhausted at the best of times, but since going raw (from wfpb vegan) I've found that the fatigue is not quite as bad as before.

Hello...I'm thinking about trying the vegan diet to kind of detox. My only concern is the time required to make fresh recipes. Are you able to meal prep any of your meals so that you can have at least 2-3 days worth of meals/snacks/beverages?
That's awesome! That's definitely a valid concern.... that's why I go for for salads and zoodle dishes especially on work days... it saves me so much time! And yes! I meal prep most of my meals actually. And most of my recipes stay fresh within that 2-3 day timeframe ☺
