Of all the Spanish cities Valencia in my opinion is top,it really has the wow factor, very large city but every street in the whole city is beautiful with amazing architecture and also home to the arts and science museum which is by far the biggest museum I've ever visited.

Bravo!

I’m relocating to Seville..what a beautiful city
Too hot in summer
The hotter the better
@yeah It depends what you're looking for in life and how old you are. When I was younger I lived in New York City, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, Malaga, Paris and Marrakech. They provided me good jobs, great restaurants, museums, bars, discotheques, beaches, etc. you name it. Now at the age of 60 I live in Santiago de Compostela up north. Summers are not so hot as in the south, crime rate is very low, hardly contamination, international airport, people are friendly, the food is great, both fish, meat, vegetables and seafood, or official offices, doctors, hospitals, supermarkets, etc, are located at walking distanceand I have the best of both worlds, beautiful mountains, beaches and towns to visit nearby. Galicia is a celtic region whereas Andalucia is muslim. They are totally different from each other in its culture, food, history, music, etc. Only our language is the same with different accents. Barcelona and Madrid are beautiful indeed but after a while you've seen most important tourist attractions and then what? Having to live in a hectic metropoli just doesn't attract to me anymore. If I want to visit once more The Prado museum in Madrid I can just hop on a plane, train or bus (or drive) and spend a weekend there or in any other city. But to live, I prefer a more relaxing city even though it rains quite a bit here. You can't have everything I guess. Did I answer your question? The regions of Asturias, Cantabria, Basque, La Rioja and Aragon are also nice to live in, or so I think. I only visited them as a tourist. Best wishes.
@yeah write to me via messenger and I'll see what I can do to help you. Juan Silva, I have white beard and white hair

I visited Spain. It is really a nice country with very wonderful people who are very friendly, helpful and hospitable by all measures.
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands is a very beautiful city with a very warm wearher.
I stayed in Madrid for only 1 night due to my travel trip. I felt sad for not having the time to enjoy it.
Big respect for you all.

Welcome 😀
You completely forgot about the Canary Island. Soft weather the whole year, nice views, black sand and golden and other beaches, cliffs, mountains, forests and deserts, large areas of volcanic rocks, large range of fauna and flora then also, you can enjoy a varied gastronomy and cultures. very close and attentive people... All you can find in big cities, but,
moreover the good things you can find and live in the 8 islands, so similar and different between them.
Yeah only one problem it is Tourism😅

Why lie about temperatures? 12 Celsius in Madrid in winter, are you kidding, THEY GET SNOW
Hi
he has never been in Madrid, i thing he is reading it from a tourist guide
i mean it's no NE US in winter, where you basically live in a snowdrift for 3-4months lol tbh spain's weather in general is a bit too hot for me, but i've been quite content visiting my local friends there in cooler months.
I have question about Alicante. I feel really confused. I was living there for about 2/3 weeks. Not in hotel but in the flat. Almost everyone speaks Spanish. There was no english speakers and when somebody saw that you are foreign, they feel confused and a surprised. What's more, almost every bigger house or villa were abandoned or sold. Sometimes it looks like a ghost town. I was there in June 2018. Why this creator of this video has got so different opinion about this town? Btw what about Canary Islands or Galicia? Do you believe that it is a better place for a living ?

Santiago de Compostela, Toledo, Salamanca, Soria, Ávila, Zaragoza, Islas Canarias, Cádiz, Córdoba, Cuenca and many, many more cities are beautiful in Spain and you forgot them!
Totally agree!
Anyone interested in the weather in these cities should look at the weather charts in Wikipedia. The weather information in the video seems to be a mixture of average highs, average temperatures, daily averages and I don't know what else. Madrid, for example, in January has an average daily high of 9.7º C and an average daily low of 2.7º C. Granada has some nights every winter with temperatures below -5º C and a record low of -13.4º C. 10:26 shows a beach with coconut palms supposedly in Ibiza. There are no coconut palms growing outdoors in Spain except in the Canary Islands.
Yes, in Elche there are coconut palms
@@xalau5270 I'm sorry, you are mistaken. The palms in the famous Palmeral of Elche are date palms (Phoenix dactylifera), which are much hardier than coconut palms. There is an excellent article about the Palmeral of Elche in Wikipedia. As I said, there are no coconut palms growing outdoors in Spain, except in the Canary Islands. There are no coconut palms growing outdoors anywhere in Europe (the Canary Islands are geographically a part of Africa).
@@jhbledsoe potato, potatoe
@@xalau5270 Thank you for your humorous reply. If you don't think there is a difference between a coconut palm and a date palm, then go to the grocery store and compare a date to a coconut. Do you actually believe that these come from the same tree?
