I think the joke flew over your head, the joke is that sexual imagery was shown which is aggainst the whole Advertiser Friendly thing, so the joke was that at 23:00 depiction of a naked woman as well as a woman's vagina and anus were shown, which would in turn cause the ads to be removed.
