- China's global influence has expanded rapidly, not only economically but also through its extensive networks of technology, and information dissemination, triggering street protests across the world, like Black Lives Matter in the US and pro-Palestine protests in Europe.
This episode of the ANI Podcast with Smita Prakash was recorded at the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi in February 2024. The expert panel discusses how China's influence extends to regions where street protests have erupted over social justice issues or geopolitical tensions.
The expert panel for this episode includes James Carafano, Vice President of Davis Institute for National Security & Foreign Policy, USA and Gladden Pappin, President of Hungarian Institute of International Affairs.

On the topic. Yes the street protests are being influenced by money for political gains. There are influencers here who doesnt want india to build infrastructure but then also wanna claim what the current govt has done. Foreign powers are in play and voters should know wbout it. Freebies no matter how fancy but will keep you poor and thats their vote bank. Vote for the govt that gives you and your children a life where you dont need freebies.
This is exactly what we need. I left a comment on ANI podcast’s previous video stating that India needs to drive conversations. We cannot be at the receiving end of what NY times, Guardian, Al Jazeera, and the likes write about us. It is us who exploit the west’s fault lines and let them go on the defending end.

@@dhavalhshah the problem with hypocrites, is that they pose / project to be someone that they are not. In the guise of some kind of an enlightened being or exponents of truth / ideals, they further their agenda. I am capable of reading between the lines (pattern recognition). I have my due diligence well entrenched in me. Truth is what u seek. Truth is liberating. I have the Eye to make that distinction.
