I have these speakers and another video suggested replacing Q1 and Q2 and the Zener - my speakers crackle sometimes - but the headphones work. replacing the tda8932btw will fix this?
Does the speaker work or not? You only mentioned that it crackles and the headphone out works. Since the speaker is crackling I'll assume that it is working, one possible cause of the noise is a dirty potentiometer. Wear and tear due to movement of the potentiometer wiper inside the pot will cause particles of carbon to fall off from the resistive strip and accumulate inside over time, this will cause crackling noise. If the potentiometer is worn out it can be replaced or cleaned using a contact cleaner to remedy the crackling.
