Issues With Carlinkit 3.0 CarPlay Adapter and Pioneer DMX-1500NEX

I receive this Carlinkit 3.0 A couple of days ago and it immediately gave me lots of issues. I am presently working with the vendor to get a refund but they have asked me to send them a video of the issue. So I’m posting it here for convenience.
The head unit in my car is a Pioneer DMH - 1500NEX.
The issues I’ve had run out of the box are:
-The unit does not connect in a timely manner to my head unit. Sometimes it takes a minute and a half other times it takes 3 1/2 minutes and other times it doesn’t connect at all.
-when it does connect it constantly disconnects and attempts to reconnect.
-I have also had it feel to power on when it received power
This has all happened over the course of one or two days. It’s been very disappointing and very frustrating. Hopefully the vendor will rectify this issue.

I have same issue with my carlinkit mini but my device doing connection 25 minutes but without success
