What should I include in my mediation opening statement?

Regarding EEOC mediation, I'm hearing from a lot of people that the EEOC mediators push hard for mediation settlements of no higher than $10k. Some EEOC mediators won't even present an employee/charging party's demand for higher than $10k because they think it will derail the process.

Mediation Statement Ha my mediator didn’t read it total waste of time and Money. My only hope is to impeach the witness with new produced documents!
Are we talking EEOC mediation? If I as the charging party had already written a rebuttal, I would simply duplicate or briefly summarize the written rebuttal for my opening statement. K-I-S-S
