    A video titled Exercises for Older Surfers shouldn’t have two healthy young people demonstrating the exercises. Show us what people with bad knees and bad shoulders do. I’m 66 and if I tried to do a burpee like that, I’d need surgery. I live in Hawaii and I’m in the water almost everyday.

      yes, I recorded this when I was in my early 40s, I turn 50 this year and can still do 100 burpees. But it’s not about me. It’s about helping you and people like you. I’ve been training people your age for 30 years and can take them from barely able to lift their arm overhead to repping out shoulder presses while standing on a Bosu. You should set up a consult and see what I could do for you so you can keep surfing into your 80s like Doc Paskowitz
