The Dark Souls series is over. I wish they would put some more updates on the DLC like different hairstyles, eye styles, ears, horns, wings, Yhorm the Giant armor, I mean if you can make your character have ridiculous skin colors, they should really add those other features in as well

The guy you don't remember fighting is the last boss of the game, excluding the DLC's. Also The Happy Hob guy basically committed to beating every dark souls game, in a row, without getting hit once. If he got hit, he'd have to start over and do all the games again. Took him a long time, but he finally did it!
