- Wanna build your stamina, strength and athleticism? Then this is a great workout for you!!
To max out your speed and burn out your legs and glutes, keep pushing til the very end. Then try to slow your breath after each drill to recover more quickly in between. The workout is organised as described below ⬇️
1. Warm-up (30 sec on | 10 sec off) x 1 round
2. Agility (30 sec on | 15 sec off) x 2 rounds
3. Pyramid HIT (30 sec on | 10 sec off) x 4 rounds (25 sec break in between each round)
