  • All fellow Zelos fans know of my love for the 1st generation Eagle pilot's watch. Well, when Elshan said there would be a 2nd generation, I of course said "Yes Please!". Got this special full lume frost dial Eagle in, and I love it. Please enjoy my review.....

One of the best zelos has released lately. Hands down. Rums up.

Another excellent video, thanks. Now I'm tempted to get this version as well.

Thank you. Most kind. Give in to the temptation. You won't regret it.

I have the teal dial, I was very pleased that it wears larger than the case size of ~39mm. I was worried about that. The movement regulation was really poor out of the box, was running 2-3 minutes fast, but I was able to regulate it down to COSC more or less. Love the watch and I think one of the best Zelos that I have owned over the years.

One of these days I need to learn how to adjust/regulate/whatever the term is a watch. Never tried to do it. I have a "watch polygraph" and I have tools. Can't be that hard.....can it?

      2-3 minutes?
      Magnetized?

    • @jimt7292

@@KC-bv9kfGood question, that was my first thought. I didn't try to demagnetize it. I have never used a demagnetize; although I have one. I should be sure and check it. So I adjusted screw and brought it in line. It really is spot on at the moment.

@@saleendriverIt is not that hard. If you have the right size screw driver and at least a 5magnification loop it is not too bad. You need a good steady hand. That is a must. I only do it when it is really far off. Like in this case.

That would have been my first guess too. Wouldn't be the first watch I got in magnetized. Won't be the last.

Do you have a link or a timeframe of when you posted your nascar diecast collection video? Been wanting to watch it again. Might start collecting.

One other variant, Aventurine I think will have 200 pieces

It does. I made a mistake. I should have asked that question first but relied on a photo I saw of what I thought was the caseback of one of the Aventurine variants.

Super cool looking watch. Except the crown. Although it looks extraordinary. The case is beautiful. By the way, my Erebus (Jody‘s brand) arrived today. Well made, good bracelet and the extra ordered straps are also good. The lume is not as good as that one on my Wise Adamascus but better than the one on my Oris Aquis and my Zelos Blacktip. 🕐⚙️🧐
