Yes didi. Thanks a lot for empowering and encouraging me through the loving energy and blessings. Usually having a lot of set back, low feelings, heavy hearted and laziness most of the time, trying not to miss my meditation sittings but missing it several times, today after meditating in morning, I felt the same power as usually after meditating one finds which helps me to fight with the heaviness within me, but today for the whole day I find my mind feeling light because I am able to talk with it gently and sweetly and it changes and opts for the best in all situations except one time it got upset but soon recovered. While returning to home, it cheers and greets everyone it meets. Also it thinks about the nice act of a generous lady on seeing her on the way. Feeling happy😊 with high and calm energy. Trying to be in silence. Thus, trying to improve eating habits. Yes, after the morning meditation, laziness leaves me for the day. Thanks.
