Very interesting my man, and I applaud you for your entrepreneurial spirit and endeavor. With that being said I'm afraid your type of setup here in the US would not pass the smell test. I think based upon it's appearance and general unkeptness many folks would be turned away/off by it. They would most likely get a general sense of dread and 'in-securtiy', if you know what I mean. Just my humble opinion.
Thanks for your comment! I get what you're saying. That's also what I thought when trying it out in the US but it totally works. Also, you can just get new new containers (instead of used ones) which should make the lot appear nicer.

@@financeHans Danke für die schnelle Antwort. Ich wollte zunächst mit 20 Fuß See-Containern starten. Das Grundstück bietet Option für etwa 40 Container. Ich mache mir aktuell noch Gedanken rund um die Sicherheitstechnik (Einfriedung, Videoüberwachung, Beleuchtung, Zugangskontrolle). Falls es noch nicht in einem der Videos angeklungen ist, könntest du es ja vielleicht ansprechen.
Sehr cool! Dann auf jeden Fall vorher mit einem Architekten sprechen - bei der Anzahl an Containern sollte man eine Baugenehmigung erfragen, sollte nicht mehr als 800€ kosten.
