My condolences to Bishop Roy Brown's family and friends. I was in attendance with, Apostle Frank Garris, my then pastor, years ago at a service in Pilgrim, and I had the privilege of meeting Pastor Roy Brown, at that time. He was so humble and nice. Years later, he came to preach at Christian Pentecostal Church of God, and he was still that same humble and sweet man.
Had much respect for this General in Christ, his preaching will be missed!
I was present at the service didn't realize Bishop Ellis was speaking of his death until God gave me revelation about this.
What a outstanding message from this your man, what a word, what a word, this your man, preach just like Archbishop Roy Brown.
Lady Paula is a stand up lady, listen to her interview on Larry Ried live. It's a shame, and crim, how the church and pastor are doing her now
Lady Paula was given a standing ovation yet the church and Pastor Deborah tried to evict her from the home she shared with Bishop Brown!

It doesn't matter how hard you try to do good and to do right, somebody will always say something negative if things don't look like they are used to things looking. Some people got mad when they made cars because they preferred horses. Some people got mad when they left the plantation. Some people got mad when Frederick Douglass said he escaped slavery and they wanted him to prove he'd been a slave. Some people are just angry, jealous and petty. Somethings is cultish because it looks different or sounds different. They can't handle God doing something different in another corner that isn't their corner of the world. Ignorance prevails and lives in the hearts and minds of a lot of people who count themselves to be wise. Hate lives in the hearts of many who proclaim to have love. Condemnation lives in the mouths of those who find criticism tastes better than praise. Some fool will always open their mouth to prove their are a fool. That's just the way life is...good day!!!

Bishop Brown helped established legitimacy in the african american pentecostal church... literally is the reason half of these bishops walking around here can trace succession. Try again.
Why didn't your father have this type of service? Was he a bishop? Did he leave instructions on how he wanted his service to be? This is evidently how the organization of bishops honor bishops in death.
My condolences to you and your family. Please know that God keeps the record and the ONLY important thing is that your father accepted Jesus Christ of Nazareth, as his Lord and Savior. God will determine what type crowns he should receive, as He will us all.

I've been to this church MANY TIMES and saw for myself the theatrics and hypocrisy.
