I want to apologize for the audio not being so great. I went back the next week to try and find it again so the audio will be fixed in future videos. I filmed this driver and then lost him and found him again in the last clip then he headed to the transfer station and when he exited, there was a different driver as seen in the first clip.

I do not want my footage to be used to get any drivers punished. This is strictly for educational and entertainment purposes. If my footage is used by any city, please use it to educate the driver and not punish the driver.
