Thank you! Good video! How about dampers? Have you ever changed those?

You don't want to use plain swabs it leaves fibers and can damage and dry up the pinthead.. you want to use cloth swabs and manual says to use plastic tweezers that way u don't damage the rubber seal. Thanks for the video

Hi Melissa, my f2100 stopped printing cyan and magenta today, we tried all the cleaning including heavy, around the cap and the suction caps and nothing is working. When doing a nozzle check all the black yellow and white prints and nothing at all for cyan and magenta. I called epson and because warranty ended they want my organs to come check it out and i cant spare that so please help if there is other solution! I followed all your cleaning and instructions in this and other videos already. Thanks in advance!

Do the cartridges need to be replaced?

Hi, I am not familiar with that error message but you might google it or reach out to Epson support if you can find it listed.

I bought the Epson F2270 from Swing design. Parts and maintenance items are usually on backorder. I really am regretting buying this high cost printer $16k.
Now I'm getting Error 01138 "fatal error" I don't know what that means and there in no info on it. Can anyone help?

This is a brand new printer which is why parts are likely difficult to find right now. At this point I do not have the 2270 so I'm not sure what that error means. Did you reach out to Epson's customer support? They are usually pretty good about assisting with this type of thing.

@SilhouetteSchool I understand it's a new printer, but I can't even access Maintenance liquid or the head cleaning kit. These are just the basic things that I would need. I don't know why Epson just released the smaller DTF/DTG if they can't even provide readily stocked items for this one. Do you know why my prints would come out looking bubbly? My maintenance liquid is really low, and I am still waiting for the replacement, which is on backorder. The prints are bubbly. Like droplets of water forming a design.
