The content I create is meant for those who already have an understanding of cold process soap making. Cold process soapmaking involves working with sodium hydroxide (NaOH, also referred to as lye). I love doing a random, unplanned swirl, but I'm never quite sure when to stop swirling. 🤣 I wanted to keep going, but I'm glad I stopped when I did since some of the corners started to get a bit muddy. Hi Holly, I just subscribed to your channel last night and have been watching many of your videos. I have been soap making for a month. While I have all of the ingredients to make cold process soap, I have only been making melt and pour soap. I have been inspired by your videos and will try a cold process recipe this week. Meanwhile, I am going try and adopt some of your recipes with the melt and pour method. Specifically, the goat milk/Shea butter oatmeal soap. In my opinion you are among the best soap makers I have seen on You Tube (trust and believe I have watch hundreds of soap making videos so I have a good idea of what is good and not so good).
