GHM: "Desimate" Expert Bass FC

finally got around to fcing this, which is certainly one of the more infamous ghtunes
it's pretty rare for 0th position to be useful, but with a chart as unique as this, it does help quite a bit

I guess that depends on whether you want to count some of the pre-WT co-op charts as "bass FCs" since TtFaF and Trogdor would definitely be harder than this
