    Great tips, Julia - I like the one about starting with something you enjoy. I really want to try working out in the morning but when I tried this in the past, I felt sick after. Not sure if I need to try and stick with it (I tried it for a weekish) and didn't have a good workout/energy and felt sick to my stomach. Just curious if there's anything I can do to help.

      I truly think you need to listen to your body and try a few different times to see when you feel best working out!! Everyone is different but I definitely prefer mornings!

    Hey. Just interested -how do the nice sheets/pillowcases cope with the hair oil? I’ve never managed to find a solution to this. I’d kill for hair like yours!

      The argon oil I use doesn't mess up my sheets at all!! Thank you so much!!

    seems coincidence, I was just searching for a vid like this! Just a question: what hour do you actually go to bed? and is it normal to feel very tired? I try to be at bed at 11pm but I usually fall asleep at 12 so I struggle also thinking I don't get enough sleep hours and I am in sleep debt. Is it possible or the 8h sleep need is just a myth?

      I try to get in bed by 9:30pm and try to be asleep by 10pm! Sometimes I feel tired but way less tired if I just pop out of bed!
