I love how innovative you are with your ideas when you want something healthy to eat and how you make it happen if you want something. And that transition switch to your clothes was great!
It's always such a joy to watch your videos. 🥰
So glad your pregnancy is going smoothly! You look radiant! Love all your thread up items. The t-shirt with the flowers would not have been out of place at the recent Chelsea Flower Show in London! Lots of people were wearing flowery stuff there of course. All the very best going forward!🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀. Look after yourself and baby!😊😊😊😊🌼🌼🌼💛💕💜
So happy to see your lil’ bump 🥰
I’m so excited you’re sharing your pregnancy journey 🥰Are you taking prenatal vitamins? Are you increasing your calories a little for your growing baby? Rubbing coconut oil on your bump?
Your skin is so smooth and radiant🥰
Makes me want to go to a thrift store this weekend for some clothes 😍 also, congratulations on your pregnancy
Take note of what you’re wearing and your bump size at about 20 weeks. I found it was a good judge of my size when I left hospital with my babies.
Heartburn was my very first pregnancy symptom, both times. 38 weeks of heartburn, plus one week postpartum with my second. I had a very close relationship with a bottle of Gaviscon, whose active ingredient is…calcium carbonate. 😉
Really excited for you guys-hearing the little heartbeat☺️
Thanks Meghan for sharing your day with us. Lovely video. Sending hugs and love ❤
I had bad heartburn while pregnant too. Bananas work great too.
Oh is that what's been helping me with heartburn. I've been drinking a glass of almond milk lately. Thanks for the tip.
You look amazing!!
You’re beautiful inside and out Megan I love watching your videos because you have such a warm spirit ❤️
Lovely Meghan! Just a heads up, I would avoid the quaker oats (read: glyphosate) not sure if they are sprayed where you are in Canada. Also, check out the wise traditions diet for pre-natal; lots of nutrient dense foods for mamas to be, babies and for anyone in general from Weston A Price foundation. Much love to you
Great suggestion…especially when there is a great Canadian brand of gluten free ( non GMO, organic) oats called One Degree and they are available in a large size and more cost effective at Costco.
Hi Meghan. I Wish you the best for you and for your baby❤. Big hug
Congratulations for your pregnancy 🌹
Lovely video and you!
Is this your first? And congratulations!!! I plan on having a midwife and doula I think but I need to learn so much more about it. Any advice or tips?
Cute lil bump❤
So sad I have tried Threadup several times and have never found a thing. 😏 I love watching you find things though!
Hey Meghan, I’m not sure if this is true in Canada but here in the US oats are desiccated with glyphosate. I always tell clients to buy their oats organic for this reason. I’m sure Canadian govt standards are better than ours but just in case your American viewers don’t know, I thought I’d put a note here! (A fellow holistic nutritionist)
What a beautiful little bump you have 🤗 are you still doing ballet whilst your pregnant?
I know you previously ate really healthy :) Have you adjusted your eating at all since becoming pregnant?
Hey Meghan :) Please don’t use Quaker’s brand for oats, they aren’t tested for heavy metals and contain a cancer causing contaminate called Glyphosate.
I have done a lot of research and could only find two trustworthy brands: ‘Zego Organic Oats’ and ‘Organic Pre-soaked rolled oats by Suplee Hollow Cereal’.
I hope this was able to help in some way, wishing you all the best ❤️
What about Bob’s red mill brand?
@@simplyaizhan Yes, unfortunately as of today, Bob’s Red Mill brand still contains glyphosate. Including their Organic Oats.
Bob's Red Mill came out with a statement responding to customers concerned about the use of glyphosate, they stated: “In response to our customers, we worked with our oat suppliers to put an end to their use of glyphosate as a pre-harvest desiccant for all varieties of Bob’s Red Mill oats.”
However in January 2023, a report from LeafScore found that only one of four samples of Bob's Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned Rolled Oats had no detectable levels of glyphosate, while two other samples had 20 parts per billion (ppb) and one sample had 10 ppb.
Glyphosate is absorbed into plants and can't be removed by cooking, baking, or washing, making it important to eliminate from the diet completely.
Even though I personally don’t eat oats anymore and enjoy making Teff porridge instead, the two brands I mentioned above in my initial comment are the only ones I’ve found to be clean & truthful :)
You never said you guys now have a car 🚗. That's great. Unless you had just 1, not one for each one. Did I miss something?😍
