No, there is no cure for Narcissism, because narcissists do not have capacity to self-reflect. I have suffered badly due to a narcissistic mother and sister, and the dangerous kind of them is covert narcissists, who looks like a kind and caring person on the surface but very evil and jealous inside due to their super ego. For the outsiders they are the best people in the world, but behind closed doors, with their family members, they are evil and sinister. It runs in the family and goes from generations to generations as narcissists give the same treatment they have received from their parents to their children, and some of them will become narcissistic. The only cure for this, if you are emphathetic child or person, just go no contact, leave narcissists permanently and never look back, I have done that and it is much peaceful, you need to heal after years of abuse and that will take time, but eventually you need to take your life back from the clutches of evil narcissists, whether he/she is your parent, sibling, spouse or any other relation. Let there be peace.
Exactly I’m suffering from the same thing ! He is just promoting his own yoga here. He is saying nars can be cured with yoga which is absolutely wrong . If he really wishes to promote he should be saying that people who are abused by these nars should join yoga classes or do breath work or meditation. Oh lord they can go to extremes for their promotions they should realise that this can be dangerous for the victims of narcissism. Sometimes victims get hope from such videos but one should be brutally honest that narcissistic people can never ever change . They are wired that way !

My Mother in law was a covert narcissistic lady, but I never knew this kind of issues.. always tried to resolve, but it never.. and my marriage ended.. I found my husband too a bit of narcissistic.. he once bit my 10 years old daughter with a big wood stick.. and that was alarming.. as well narcissist have no loyalty, they have deep rooted depression and they can go with any one.. one way charector less too.. being alone is the best choice, that I choose for myself and my daughter

Sir mere parents bhi narcissistic hai un logone meri pura bachpan kharab kar diya . Kuch mahine pahle hi mujhe narcissism ke bare me pata chala , mai ab unke sampark mai nahi hu our mai bahut khush hu ,magar mai un buri yado ko kabhi bhul nahi paungi😢 mai har roj bhagwan se prarthana karti hu ase parents kisi ko bhi na mile,bahut hi darawne hote hai ye log👹
