1. What ARE subliminals?
- They are audios (usually soothing songs or relaxing sounds like rain, wind or white noise) filled with positive affirmations running on the background in a low volume. The affirmations are on a lower volume so you don't get tired of the constant repetition and so your subconscious may listen to it and manifest what the affirmations are about into your reality.
2. I'm having a hard time hearing the affirmations. Why aren't the affirmations louder?
- That's how subliminals are supposed to be. You are not meant to listen to the affirmations actively and clearly. It's not that listening to the affirmations makes them uneffective (it doesn't). But this way it's a lot more relaxing, since you can get the benefits from listening to the affirmations thousands of time without tiring your conscious mind out.
3. Are the affirmations in this specific subliminal positive?
- Yes, ALL the affirmations on my videos are positive, always. I don't use any negative words in my subliminals either (words like 'don't', 'not', 'never', etc, are never used). I mostly make subliminals for myself, so I'm always very careful about only using positive reinforcements in the affirmations I write.
4. Is it okay to listen to different subliminals simultaneously?
- Absolutely. Subliminals are just a form of manifesting, there's no wrong way to do it. So if you enjoy listening to different subliminals at the same time/on the same day or week, it's all fine. Do what works for you.
5. Should I listen to this 24/7?
- Noooo! Never! You should not listen to ANY subliminal 24/7. Please take a break, you and your ears need rest. There's no reason to spend your every waking hour listening to them. Keep hydrated, grab a bite, get some rest and don't take subliminals so seriously.
6. I'm getting a headache when I listen to a certain subliminal. Is it normal?
- If you're getting a headache (or any sort of bad reaction) from listening to a subliminal, it's either because 1. you've been listening for too long and you need to get some rest, or 2. the music/white noise/rain effect behind this subliminal is simply not agreeing with you. You know how someone can absolutely love a long while others may hate it? This could be one of those things. If a subliminal makes you feel bad, either take a break or move on to a different subliminal.
7. Can subliminals harm me?
- Not really. Subliminals can only harm you in the same way that music can harm you: if you listen to it too loudly, all the time, and addictively, it will give you a headache and hurt your ears! So listen at a low volume, a few times a day max, and give your ears some rest. Stay hydrated, know your body's limits, and you'll be fine. Other than that, subliminals can't harm you.

I added this to my playlist about four days ago. I went in for an interview about a day or so after. I was confident and knew the answers to the questions they asked me off the top of my head. The crazy thing was, there was a big snow storm, and many people lost power. I didn't have good power so I drove an hour to my mom's house to do the interview.
During the interview, I wasn't able to solve the problem, more like give them theory on how I believe the problem would be solved and attempted to work through it.
I feel defeated. But later on in the day, a counselor from my school asked me what the job id number was. And then told me that they were going to have someone higher up reach the HR team. My school is associated with the company. Anyway, I dunno what that's about. Will update if you guys are curious later.
