The first boss scared me not only because of the look but also if you listen he is still trying to find his human sanity.. Pretty sad too

When horror games make enemies like this, it is really scary.

I hated the first boss in the game, I died so many times, till I killed him
like u can trick him in the first window to get some advantage... just jump shoot... wait him to get near you and jump over the window again... it takes a bit but its easier that way
I honestly love the monster design in this game. The whole thing with the T-Abyss virus making those infected look like a combination of failed tyrants mixed with deep deep sea creatures is really interesting to me. Doesn't exactly explain why the tyrant final boss can teleport but...still cool!
Zack Schneider It has to do with the eye. It creates a bright light, which it makes them disoriented, giving the feel of teleporting. It is cool. I love the game.

Zack Schneider And the Ooze look a little bit like drowned corpses, though if they looked exactly like drowned people (more realistic) they would probably be too gross to look at (that's why it seems they were toned down a bit)
Yes, I think the monster design is scary af. I only played a couple Resident Evil games (0, 1, 4 and 5) and none of them were as scary as this. I actually got nightmares just from watching CZcams videos.

Whoever's idea it was to have Jill wear a skintight Diving suit in this game is more than a genius.
How to make any game sell well
Out of all the resident evil games, this is probably the most underrated one. It often gets overlooked cause it came out during resident evil action game phase. It brought horror of back to the series, something that resident evil always did best.
Fun fact about that Draghignazzo (that giant hulking thing with armor): it’s actually TWO CREATURES working as once. One part has a head with a big eye and a single tentacle, and serves as the legs; while the other part has the hair and vertical mouth, and has a crab-like body. The legs balance the upper part.
Saddest thing about this unique monsters is how Capcom didn’t even make that distinction clear to anyone in their official art book, so a lot of us had to make heads or tales of it.

i know i'm late but i guess that was the designers intention on some of them to make you figure how the creatures are and how they work similar to how roanoke gaming figured how necromorphs from dead space biologically work
The boss fight seemed to come out of nowhere and I wish this thing had a bit more shown in the game

First boss was the scariest of the game for me. "May day, may day, this is the Queen Zenobia" D: I find it to be the second most difficult also, after the last boss, becuase when you get there your're still learning about the game. I love this game.

Out of the two revelations, this one was my favorite and better of the two.
This game had Ghost Ship, the sequel didn't.

The second one was actually terrifying (because I have to find her at the first place that is dark)
The third is cool and, also scary,
The 4th one is epic and dramatic
The 5th one is the most epic cause of the music and the pain in the ass

Andre Permana On the officer's right arm is a buzz saw. Getting hit does heavy damage. If he decides to saw you in half, it is an instant death from which you cannot escape from. I played this on my 3ds...

It's cool to see how Norman looks like a sea kind version of the first Tyrant in Resident Evil 1. (Yeah, yeah, I know, that's why its name is "Tyrant Abyss").

Hey, just want to say, for scag drag or something, just stand next to the closest window next to the door where his comes and go through when he gets close while shooting at him and he will walk all the way around to get to you so you can jump through the window and keep repeating

The 5th boss Malacoda is my favorite one because it's always fun to fight a giant monster in a game😀.
What scares me the most is the buzzsaw boss or Scagdead because. 1he is fast. 2 he can instant kill you 3 he lays traps.

For the comms officer, you can actually just let a long armed guy trip you and then just knife the comms officer to death (On the 3DS, at least). Being on the ground makes you immune to his one shot kill grab.
I actually cheated my way through on Hell difficulty by doing this.

Esse Resident Evil é otimo, boa jogabilidade esse sistema de esquiva muito bom ajuda bastante, os inimigos são bem desafiador, a única coisa contra é que os inimigos só perseguem o jogador principal, no caso a Jill , o outro fica como se estivesse invisível

This is a really really great game ! It may be a bad *Resident Evil* but that doesn't mean it's not good when you don't compare it to the absolute masterpieces that are the other REs .

The enemies here looked quite great fitting with the theme of the game.
I kinda wished they added them in the boat level in RE7 since (behind the scenes) it’s connected, so that they keep the same enemies, but with different design.
I LOVE the first boss.

I like this style of gameplay and story way better then resident evil 7.
Best strategy for beating the final boss (i died many times to him but got it first time once i did this):
1-Use a shotgun or magnum with plenty of ammo (charge shot accessory highly recommended if you have it), one bullet of either of these will instantly stun him if you attack when he's vulnerable (remember that the true one, not the clone, has purple smoke coming out of him)
2-have a rocket launcher laying around in your inventory
3-beat the entire boss normally, while avoiding damage not to waste too much herbs (you can scan him for free herbs tho if you run out)
4-MOST IMPORTANT PART: once you get to his last form, when he and a clone come at you fast, just you wait for him to come and charge you and fire the rocket launcher into the ground. He'll die instantly, enjoy having beaten this great game and hard boss :v

I like Revelations 1 and 2, but my biggest issue is it’s boss fights. Between the 2 games, I’d say only 3 were memorable. The Comms Officer, The T-Virus Whale Thing, and Jack Norman. And they’re all from Revelations 1.
