All the videos I have seen use docile cats. This is of no use as my 15 year old cat is a little fighter and being on my own is a nightmare to administer meds.
"until the mouth opens" my cat uses every last bit of energy to keep it shut. That's where the problem lies. So is there no way to administer if he won't open his mouth? I've tried everything.
This! My cat does this too, her jaw turns into a vice grip and she drools everywhere! And when I do get the pill in her mouth she somehow manages to Houdini the pill out.
I've just bought a Kruuse pill pusher that was used here, along with a worming tablet, after 3 unsuccessful, and incredibly painful attempts, and the shedding of much blood and fur, at giving my cat his flea tablet....wish me luck with this device! It does however look like the cats featured here had had a dose of vallies prior to the tablets!
I need this cat for it
Results may vary.
Omg this worked!! Never been able to give her one. I was so proud. And then she threw up

Seems so easy in the videos but dang nothing works with my lil rascal.
I'll give it a try, but my cat reacts so quickly to opening her mouth it's very complicated on my own. LOL
thank you! first vid to show how to use the popper slowly.
Wow. Very thorough. I’m about to administer gabapentin to my cat. Wish me luck! 🤞
I just ordered one of these and I've got my fingers crossed it goes as smoothly as this 🤞🏾
Was really struggling with the process, thank you for such informative video.
Yeah no. My 16 year old will not open his mouth on his own free will. We have to open his mouth to get the popper in.
Thank u!!!
