Very very helpful. Thank you for posting!
Oh man I didn’t know about this at all now I gotta buy a new pack. I’ve used like half of them in two days.
I never show how the corn is removed. My friend told me it doesn't help remove the corn. You still have to cut it of the same way as without this product.
After the 48 hours, do you leave it off for any length of time to air before replacing the medicated strip and cover? I've always been told skin shouldn't be covered too long as it deprives it of oxygen. ??
After removing the band, how do I know that it has gone away
And after removal do I have to do any additional procedures?
It didn't help to me. Had it on for 7days, only remove a thin layer on the top, still hurting when walk. Should I use it for longer
Is it safe to use ? Does it have any side effects? Please reply
This product available in Jamaica
Is this product available in Jamaica?
Hi try Fontana pharmacy they may have it or York Pharmacy in HWT.
The sticky stuff wont wash off my foot? Do you need to remove it bfor applying another one? Im so confused
Although not required to remove the sticky stuff, it can be safely removed prior to applying the next dose of remover. Use warm water and a very mild wash or soap and just gently remove the material. Pat dry and allow the site to dry in air for a few minutes, then apply your next dose. Thanks!
This has to be one of the dumbest products on the market. The box I bought came with instructions written by a 3rd grader, hence why I'm watching this video. And after watching it, I'm still confused if I'm using the product correctly?
Do I have to use cutter to cut my skin off after removing the medication disc ?
Please do not attempt to remove the skin but instead just continue to wash, keep clean and keep covered with a bandage until healed. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Support team at drscholls.care@drscholls.com. Thanks!
I used it twice and the area became white.i think the corn seed came out along with some hard skin, though i m not sure.can i re apply just to be sure?
If you believe the corn was removed, you should continue to wash the area and keep it covered as it begins to heal. Thanks!
When it became white, did it come out with the plaster?
Do I scrape the skin that has turned white
Hi Beckey - The skin turning white is a sign that the removal process is working. Please do not attempt to remove the skin but instead just continue to wash the area and keep it clean and covered with a bandage until healed. Thank you!
Once it goes white and soft do you cut it off,
You should continue to wash the area and keep it covered as it begins to heal. Do not attempt to physically remove the skin but instead just continue to wash, keep clean and keep covered with a bandage until healed.
@@DrScholls will the corn eventually fall off or do you have to use pumice stone to rub the hard skin flat
Hi, my job requires a lot of moving around so I would be needing to shower daily, potentially twice a day if I sweat during the night. Should I apply this daily instead of every 48 hours?
Hi Ben - Please do not treat more frequently than every 48 hours. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Support team at drscholls.care@drscholls.com. Thanks!
Please help
Is it okay to put a Gel Corn Protector over these Corn Removers?
Hi Jesus - The bandage provided in the package will help to protect your corn. Thanks!
This is just the first step in removing foot corn and some may get caught unprepared on what to do next. For the full process, I documented my own experience in this video:
czcams.com/video/y9374J6jLfU/video.html
Hey, when I remove the plaster after 48 hours do I clean it then re apply straight away ?
Yes, you may clean the area and then reapply every 48 hours until the corn is removed. Thanks!
@@DrScholls Hey. wanted to ask if I have to remove it physically? Or it will get removed by itself over time? Also please mention around how much time it will take so I should stop changing the corn caps.
@@bhenskitaang1928 Hi - Please do not try to physically remove the corn - the Corn Remover will do that during the course of treatment. The Removers can be used every 48 hours for up to 14 days (until corn is removed). If treatment is not successful, we do recommend contacting your doctor for an alternate treatment option. Thanks!
Why do we remove the plaster in step 3, straight away? Isn't that supposed to stay on? Also, what is it's use if its not going to stay on?
@@kaankarapnar1028 In Step 3, you are instructed to remove the backing film so that the adhesive side sticks to your skin, covering the disc. Both the disc and protective film should remain on for the duration of treatment. Thanks!
I am using these for 4 days. It’s become white in colour but the skin is not coming out or peel.
Should i continue to use it for someday?
I have the same problem. Did it work for you?
You need to razor it off, cause the toe just turned white and it was pretty soft so I just cut it off n applied peroxide
@@satanixx it worked. Use a razor or scalpel to peel the dead skin.
But in my case it reappeared again as i have a plantar wart not a corn. I also got it removed by doctor twice. But it reappeared again and again.
This time I’ve used a salicylic acid containing paint. And it hasn’t appeared for a month now.
Let’s see if it reappears or not.
@@Dr_AK33corn update D;
What do we do when the corn has turned white, do we paper sand it ?
Please do not attempt to remove the skin but instead just continue to wash, keep clean and keep covered with a bandage until healed. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Support team at drscholls.care@drscholls.com. Thanks!
Now it’s off but it’s down to pink circle and a red dot in it. The red dot is tender flesh. Do I keep putting disk to deal with that tender red dot? It looks like that’s the injury that caused the corn

@@brandongranados5569 did it get better? I’m on the same boat 🚤
My corns appear so white now like what can I do?
I'm so confused about this. I have the corn removal plasters but the sticky side is the light side but the video says use the dark side?
Hi Amanda - The dark side should be the sticky side. We would recommend contact our Customer Support team so they help you with this. They can be reached at 866-360-3226 or drscholls.care@drscholls.com. Thanks!
In Australia, they say to apply the light side to the corn. Both sides feel sticky. Which is it? This is a safety risk because customers might touch the active side (thinking it's the inactive side) and then touch their eye. The product should be recalled and corrected.
@@mhutchz cry about it idiot
@@keinmyster8549 I touched my eye and had to flush it out. Not a pleasant experience. It burns and damages the eye surface. Crying would help to flush it out so appreciate your helpful advice.
Dark side has the acid in it it usually is a lil pouch it should break and liquid come out of it very little just enough to cover the corn
The sticky side in my box is the light side, in the video it says that the dark side is the sticky side, what bloody side is it , dark or light very confusing🤬🤬🤬
Thank you for your comment, Michael, and we apologize for the confusion. I have brought your inquiry to the appropriate department and will follow up with you shortly.
Hi Michael - I have confirmed that you should be using the sticky side, regardless of its color. It is really to keep the disc where it should be until covered by the cushion. Thank you!
Complete garbage don’t work worth a shit I wouldn’t waste my money ever ever ever again on this garbage. Make an appointment with my doctor and she removed it within two seconds with liquid nitrogen. Please people don’t waste your money on this garbage it does not work
Yes, I am really confused as well.
damn i should have gotten that years ago been using a razor by cutting it off maybe its time to get this instead
Am I correct in assuming that you shouldn't take a shower for 48hrs?
You can wear Dr. Scholl’s® bandages and cushions in the shower, but it will reduce the amount of time the bandage stays on, which varies by product. Thanks!
@@DrScholls got three dr Scholl's treatments then went to the pool. Stayed in the pool for 1 and hour hour.. then rubbed my pinky toe with my thumb while in the pool. and corn came off all of it. Thanks
will it stay on while i’m in the shower
You can wear Dr. Scholl’s® bandages and cushions in the shower, but it will reduce the amount of time the bandage stays on. Thanks!
Can i use this with my shoes on?
Yes, you can wear shoes after applying this product. Thanks!
I just bought now, ill try it.. Hope it will work...
Thank you very much
Thirdee RinoPereg so did it work??
My corn turned white after doing this. What does this mean?
The stuff is basically a low grade acid, it eats the hard skin, and eventually the corn.
I know, it’s probably too late, but scrape away the white parts and apply a new sticker. It’s slowly breaking down the skin of the corn
@@JLawL That make sense.
Why does he put on the corn remover upside down? Here the light side contains the salicylic acid. This was confirmed to me by the manufacturer. Don't go to the dark side.
In North America, the dark side is the sticky / medicated side. If you have a product outside of North America, this may vary. Note that this channel and video is specific to Dr. Scholl's products in North America. Thanks!
I'm in Australia. Why doesn't the pack label say which side to use? I called the manufacturer here and spoke to 2 different people who gave me 2 different answers (one said light side as shown in a picture on the pack and one said dark side always). Both sides feel sticky. I applied the light side to my corn and it seemed to work (corn turned white after one day).
@@mhutchz hi sir... how s corn? gone or come back?
yes im in AUS product is different from this video hah and I'm so confused which side face to corn....you said you applied light[ white very sticky side ] facing to corn right? is it work?
@@DiaThoranis It's very confusing because it's impossible to guess which side of the medicated disk is active. Both sides are sticky. Should be recalled and properly labelled. But anyhow, I think the light side is the active side in Australia. And yes, it worked.
I stole mine and left the box in the store
I’m here for the directions 😂
Ppp?

Nothing like my plasters. terrible directions on the box, small font white on blue. not good enough

Why is my toe white? Is gone stay white like this forever even when I stop use the product
Hi Akelia - The corn may look white during the removal process, but not to worry - your toe will not stay white. There is no harm signaled by the change in color as it is part of the process that can be more apparent in some subjects than others. The salicylic acid removes the materials between the cells, sometimes referred to as “cellular cement’. In removing the material that keeps the corn cells together, the real color of the keratin that makes up the cells of the corn becomes more apparent. That is the white that is seen. To a degree, it is confirmation that the remover is doing it’s job and that the corn should begin to be removed shortly.
@@DrScholls so how do you rid of the white skin after the corn falls out ?
@@xxkealohi Omggg they’re literally NOT answering this question! And so many people have the same question! Can we file down the whitened skin? All they keep saying is keep using the product, but the corn isn’t just going to fall off on its own from just using the bandage! 😩
@@rachaeljackson3759 heyy ! So the white skin actually goes away on its own - I put a regular bandaid on just to protect it.
But if you still have a thick piece of separated skin stuck on I'd use another treatment.
I clipped part of my skin off but kept a small peice on and used a treatment one last time and it came off on its own.
@@xxkealohi hmm ok. I guess I’ll have to wait and see. I am only on day 2, but i already see it turning white. I just didn’t know what to expect/do once the 14 days is up
