  • In a termination packet, police cite multiple issues with Lt. Matthew Gallup. However, Gallup says the decision was retribution from a 2023 employee misconduct complaint.

Also have to look a little deeper and notice that the lieutenants claims are probably true. Because when have you ever seen a police dept go after one of their own in the interest of the community? They will back/support their 🐷’s even when its a 10000% clear…ON BODY CAM that the 🐷 is wrong.! Only time they go after one of their own little 🐷ies is when they rock the boat. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Law enforcement as a whole needs to be Restructured. Higher education requirements (A 2.0 GPA, well below the average, and 16 weeks of training is all you need to be a police officer in most states. The government has actually passed rulings that law enforcement can deny somebody for being to smart). Medical evaluation for Health and Steroid usage (steroids are known to increase irritability, anxiety and aggression and cause mood swings, with symptoms of paranoia and lack of emotion), psychological evaluations annually, and Term limited Civilian Oversight board.
