I would rather try this than Rogaine. If a chemical took out my hair, I surely do not feel comfortable using a chemical to grow it back. Just my thoughts

My scalp looks like the first 2 pictures. My scalp used to burn so badly and the hair loss and thinning now is spreading to the front. Now the area instead of burning it feels sore. So I took your advice and started using listerine and the soreness went away right after the first use. So I will be scheduling a consult.

The photos in this is how I started but I was told that it would never grow again so just wore wigs. Went to dermatologist and was told it was scarring alopecia. That's exactly what it looks like. I need to order your oil. I've tried everything and nothing has saved my hair or brought any of the hair back. I've been diagnosed years ago and have an ointment for the burning and small pimple like bumps that pop up on my scalp from time to time.

Is cca alopecia, scarring alopecia? Online states it's permanent because of the scars from the hair loss...
Pretty Vicious yes CCCA Alopecia and Scarring Alopecia is one in the same. The only difference is there are two stages in this condition. Stage one is when your hair falls out, Your scalp may be inflamed, and you release hair follicles abd they also may weaken. You may have the symptoms of itching and burning Etc. Stage 2 is if you wait entirely too long to treat stage one Or in the process of you going to dermentolgist, etc to seek treatment,.the treatment has failed and scars begin to form over your scalp causing the Hair foliculies to be blocked and hair is unable to grow where the scarring alopecia occurs. What the hair growth oil does is is stop the symptoms of ccca alopecia, prolongs stage one of CCCA Alopecia, and prevents the hair from reaching Phase 2 of CCCA alopecia based on what I have found so far with my research and studies.

I'm so crushed because I had so much hair long curly and thick.. found out I had breast cancer. Did cancer treatment hair fell out. Finished cancer treatment hair was growing back just for areas to fall out again.. my dermatologist said it won't grow back. My Derm told me that CCCA will not allow my hair to grow back due to the scarring; however, he still prescribed me medicine and my hair grew back. FYI: I had biopsy and was diagnosed with Severe CCCA. I would still ask for the medicine and use the oils.

If it's burning will my hair fall out after Listerine treatments
Rayvan Barris No, the Listerine should ease the symptoms. But if your hair is going to release foliculies because of the CCCA then it will as a symptom of that.
It started burning about 3 days ago and I'm so scared that I'm going to go bald now. I have essential oils and try to keep my scalp clean but I'm so afraid I'm going to lose my hair. I did 6 months of steroid injections but couldn't take it anymore. Now I'm vegan, I take vitamins and try to protect my hair but this pain has me so worried.
