Meu filho tem alergia à linhaça (acho que se escreve Linaza em espanhol), sabe dizer se alguma comida típica do Chile costuma ter esse ingrediente (ou a sua farinha) no preparo ? Ou apenas em restaurantes com pratos mais naturais / fitness como Brasil ? Obrigado !

Na verdade não é um produto típico, só quando vai num restaurante que fala particularmente que é um prato com acompanhamento de Linaza.
Mesmo assim, pergunte este plato tiene linaza, ya que mi hijo es alérgico.

Olá Inah, poxa é meu sonho 🤣. No Chile é difícil achar cana, nosso açúcar bem da remolacha. O mais parecido que achamos foi um feito por restaurantes venezuelanos que chama Papelón.
