I don't think the German ever have that many A7Vs available for them. And I don't think they even have ANY A7V in the Western Front or anywhere in the world during the Battle of Cambrei at all.
I'm guessing that this battle is only fiction wise as you can even see how fast they're going so it's all really for show and a great show!
