First off thank you for the very quick and informative video. I must say i absolutely HATE this system of needing these parts, it makes the summit pretty much impossible for anyone who isnt grinding the absolute hell out of this. I am a very fast driver in terms of mechanics but when someone can just slam nitro more often its just unfair
Exactly, I grinded all of that out in the crew 2 now doing it all over again for motorfest is just not appealing to me
Respect for giving credit, thanks mate and thanks for making a video on it. This way live summits will be more fair with more people getting decked out painlessly.
To anyone curious if going for a nitro chemist set is worth it, i would say its not really needed. Better to have all cars on legendary first. Full Legendary set is 2 hours, a specific set bonus (or well you kinda get all of them at once) is 4 to 5 hours total.
I tested a lot of different methods out there and this was the best! Great job!

@@tuitukoe2 congratz, i did this with all car classes now and while i have got full legendary in like an hour on a few occasions, sometimes getting the last part took an additional hour. I never got a nitro set or any set bonus quicker than 3 hours.

- Switch to Morning time for a better visibility (only needed on the 1st run)
- Find your path to not get any damage, so you get two more money bonuses (for some type of vehicle only one)

I do this A LOT. There are 2 routes in the city. The second one requires you to go straight for the RIGHT HAND bridge and reset JUST AFTER you cross it (when you hear the engine start to rev on the downslope). I also hit reconfigure, not retry as soon as the escape scene STARTS. I then quickly switch to the next Time/weather setting to make each run a bit more interesting. When I've gone through all the combinations I stop, recycle parts and mailbox, choose the next car in the garage and go again. Both routes are identical timewise. If my ghost gets ahead of me early, I take the route I did not use on the previous run for better visibility when avoiding traffic in the first part. Some time zones have more traffic than others but this makes the grind more interesting for me.
More TIPS: TURN ON COCKPIT VIEW for max money. TURN OFF EVERYTHING else. (some guys like to leave traction control on for TARMAC CARS). Also be aware that TARMAC CARS tend to SELF DESTRUCT if run OFF ROAD too wildly so don't take the direct OFF ROAD route at the end with them. Don't ask how I know this.

for track use the gallardo. It takes off on dirt with no wheelspin at all
Can’t work out why I’m only getting 4 parts per run when other people are saying 9? What’s also not mentioned is how much money and recycled parts you need to go through in order to get LUCKY and GOLDFINGER
FINAL E-VENT is better cos u use 3 cars. You can take Maxed Out StreetCar from LibertyBoost and it will boost other 2 car Drops. I get 18 parts 2-4 can be Legendary
Is max loot digger bugged? Got a full set with max lucky and max goldfinder but for some reason I don't get any more loot than I would with goldfinder and I no longer get legendary parts
It also the best for money be cause 20k every minute compared to 40k in 4 minutes in the Kombi event

Does the car resetting thing still works with the new update, Because I’ve tried it a few times now and it doesn’t seem to work?
Which the new update there has been added a new race in which you do the same but that one takes around two times longer to complete. You’re time on that one also really depends on the traffic.
Is rewind off because of speed traps ?
With hypercars and racing cars is way faster to follow the road until u reach the rock barrier, u get launched with way more momentum which (in my case) makes the farm 3 to 4 seconds faster
nice! those seconds add up and eventually u get a "free" run out of it
This track better for sr1/2 too, ~9 parts per race vs ~24 per race in lw list but lw race 3x longer and give 3 time less credits
Yea but most of the parts here are junk. I got max legendary sets in 2 hours with the lb walk race with this race I've done it 3 times In a row no legendary
did both of them. got more then 2 golds almost every race in lw, did this one 4 times and didn't get one gold

It’s triangle but first you must turn off rewind in the difficulty settings, also if you go to accessibility settings, on the motor tab turn on the convert holds to presses. Just a nice little quality of life feature

Day 1 I managed to get a loot digger tyre for SR2 and accidentally scraped it, 3 weeks later still no tyre after about 300races of the liberty walk guide, and still no other full set bonuses

@@mikeyalexander1236 it gives u around 21 by default, so if u get the loot digger set, you'll get 37 minimum , about 11 per racing category, it's 3 in the event

Go to settings and disable Rewind. Then when you press triangle(PlayStation) or Y(Xbox) your car resets

Go to difficulty settings and turn off rewind. Then rewind button will reset instead.

You can teleport to the race on the map
wait until the parts have displayed, and do not exit out.... look at the bottom right, and you will see retry, on XBox, you press Y, so on PS, probably X.

It’s patched or something because it doesn’t work now I have tried to reset 5-10 times exactly right there and it doesn’t work it I turned off rewind and it still won’t work
This is my go to race but it doesn’t give you legendary parts or very very little. I did this race just yesterday for 2 hours with all my legend points into gold finger. And I only got 1 legend part.
If your short on legend points and can only put them on 1 thing choose LUCKY over GOLDFINGER. LUCKY increases the LOOT QUALITY, GOLDFINGER increases the LOOT DROP. What would you rather have fewer HIGHER QUALITY parts or twice as many LOW QUALITY parts? Also when farming SKILLS in FREEROAM (escape, slalom etc.) skip GOLDFINDER as SKILLS give only 1 part anyway. I put my parts on LUCKY and either CASH or XP when doing skills.

had a car with 65 percent in quality parts upgrades and also my points on my character i did this and kiss me kombi and never had a single good part even epic doesn't drop often i don't get it
Yeah 65% is not really that much because it’s not a 65% chance that you will drop a good part. It’s a 65% increase in your chances. Now I don’t know what the drop percentage is for epic parts but let’s just say it’s a 10% chance to drop epic parts…A 65% increase is 16.5% chance to drop….. not 75% which is what most people think.
Thanks god they disabled bonuses from sets on PvP this time around, not gonna spend 100+ hours for getting all nitro parts on all classes.

3:07 you can reset earlier like before the gutter. Clearly just copy and pasted the glitch without any testing of you're own. You can actually reset before the bridge finishes which saves another couple of seconds.

The Peacock Flats method isn't faster?
Much faster imo.. you can get at least 5 parts/ min or 300 parts/hr.. would hope to get a few legendary out of it
peacock flats is 6 parts per 1.5 minutes, while Hummer E-Xpress is 5 parts per 1.5 minutes. However Hummer E-Xpress is still better, since you get more than double the bucks than you get from peacock flats and you need the bucks to reroll stats as you progress towards a high luck/goldfinger set. If you do peacock flats you may get 15% more parts, but you wont be able to roll your way to a high luck % and therefore end up with less legendary parts. Make sure you put your legend points into goldfinger. I have ran the math. That said peacock flat is the go to for Planes, Boats and Drag cars, just make sure you have enough funds going into it.

The way it works is the Lucky % only multiplies the already existing chance of getting a legendary and epic part, so if you max out everything its about 3 times as likely, but the base chance is like 2 to 4% to begin with. With goldfinger you multiply how much of the base amount of parts you get, meaning on hummer e-xpress with just 15 legend points in goldfinger, you already get 30% more, so you are at 4 parts just from that. So you get an extra 2 to 4% roll for a legendary. Then with a few legendary parts with goldfinger or a full set of epic with goldfinger you are at 5 parts within running it 10 times using max level parts. This is why having bucks is important, so you can roll blue parts to lucky to get epic quickly, then roll epic parts to start getting ready for legendaries quickly and then rolling first few legendaries to lucky/goldfinger quickly. Once you got a full set, you either roll for a second set of legendaries, or just reroll the set you have and call it there.

Fastest way is the escape method. Drag through escape, rewind once you hit the objective. Hit skip and go through it again and again. Keep repeating. You get one random color part every time.

@@DeShnickyIf someone is at the top of the leaderboard with quite a few seconds of difference and a significantly lower than max vehicle, you can bet your ass they're most likely cheating.
The RNG in this game is absolute insane. I'm using 190% Lucky/40% Goldfinger but the loot is absolute awful. I'm doing a lot of Ground Works, from 10-12 Parts i'm only getting 1-2 legendary parts at max, I had multiple runs without any legendary part. I was trying to build a complete set but after few hours it's frustrating...
Yes the grind is meant to take days/weeks. It’s not an overnight thing. A full set will take at least 5 hours.
i did the peacock flats glitch where you rewind again and again. I managed to get a FULL gold set in like 2 hour for hypercar. Now i have like 5 full gold set for hypercars. If you want to farm legit it will take you A LOT of time, but if you are willing to "cheat" try using glitch it's way faster.
Oh and also you can do it AFK :)

Totally agree! I get 4 parts per race, if I’m exceptionally lucky I get a legend every 20 races and that’s with Pink parts across the board and Lucky in my affix.

I tried this and had the same problem. I noticed that after I rerolled some mods so that my car had around 66% of bonus to loot quality, I started getting legendaries, which got the ball rolling.
Easy needs to spend 450 thousand for a car and complete every thing in odyssey 😶

This is sorta patched. I have over 190% lucky and not one gold part in 45minutes worth.
So this is complete bs. I've just completed this run 5 times in a row and best I get is epic parts. No a single legendary part at all
