I think it’s better to upgrade it to the next enhancement stats upgrade instead of filling it to lvl 15. Unless it’s a double crit rate and crit dmg sub stats. To save the fragments for future relics 😢

same. i have a lot with double crits stats but the rolls are perfectly avoided them. I'm thinking if they manipulate the rolls

nah E1 is good enough. that 36 CV is like months of stamina you can save. E2 will ruin the MoC experience
