Yes, "So Long To Pinky"...as you move towards the pinky. And "Here Comes The Thumb" ...as you move towards the thumb. That makes perfect sense.
'straight line to pinky' works better
How to remember which 'T' bone is where:
-Triquetrum is the third bone, (in the SLTPHCTT mneumonic), so TRI-quetrum.
-Trapizeum boarders the thumb, so TrapeziUM and ThUMB. (Trapezi-thumb).
-Trapizoid is the one left over.
Hope this helps :)
it did thanks
Thirty seven years into a career in medicine and often find the need to refresh and review my knowledge base. You are the best teacher of anatomy, physiology and biochemistry that I have ever some across in many years of training and CME! You are a gift to all who study the human body and my first go to if I am looking to learn more! Thank you!
It was sheer luck that I came through your video recently while surfing on youtube. Its awesome. You are a blessing to many.Greatly helps in Revision and the Images are so clear and detailed.Everything is so good. Thanks for sharing your time and talent.
First thing is the mistakes you made and you corrected them yourself and told us too so that we can clearly understand.
I appreciate your honesty and the content you described was totally amazing .
Second thing is I am watching your video's since high school ...your way of explanation is totally amazing from others and this is what makes you different. 👍👍💯
This is absolutely brilliant. Both for the clear and informative explanations, but also for the artistic drawing talent.
I learned carpal bones with: She Looks Too Pretty, Try to Catch Her
Osmosis right 😂?
@@lucasjojo2279osmosis? What is osmosis in relevance to carpus?
Tru
I beleve the mnemonic he told
ie. So long to pinky here comes the thumb
Actually give you a idea by word pinky and thimb its related to hand
So in future if you try to remeber it will help you in understanding its for carpal bones
While problem with the she looks so preety mnemonic is ultimately when you will study head or abdomen you may get confused what was that mnemonic for
Sneh lata Tinde paka, tere tinde Cache hai 😂
Born to be instructor, teacher, guide. You’re simply fabulous, fantastic!!!!

Legend is back to save many lives..
Just loved the video it was so easy to understand n amazingly explained keep up the good work good luck 👌👌👌
Nice video! One correction, I think the ulnar nerve (both motor and sensory branches) passes ulnarly by hook of hamate, and ulnar artery passes hm radially.
You can't imagine how helpful this was! You make it seem so easy - in our school we have to study Anatomy all by ourself without any lessions by our teachers - you see, I'm really happy there is someone who can explain it to me!
Which school u in??
So glad I found your channel 🧡
Thankyou so much, if i passed my exam it's because of you❤
Need more video like that , specially in hand.
Regards
Awesome presentation.

Thanks a ton Sir....it was the best online lecture 😀😀
Superbbbbb depiction of anatomy......great teaching
Excellent presentation of outstanding quality 👍
A great way to remember the initials of the carpal bones: "Some Lovers Try Positions That They Can´t Handle". Scapoideum, Lunatum, Triquetrum, Pisiform, Trapezium, Trapezoid and Hamate.
Ahh, i see it´s allready known for someone! Well repetition is a great way of learning!
Yeah it is a great way to
Learn it, but can you identify it on X-ray.
@@minfilipino And then theres that! Actually yes! I´m so lucky to bring most of my work-days looking at x-rays! :)

All Glory to Him
TrapeziUM sounds like thUMB - that's how I remember it
thanks bro
Wrist swell
Is it mathematics
Thanks bro
There are several components to treating ovarian cysts naturally. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Litzy remedy tactics (google it if you're interested) it's the best blueprint i've heard of. look at the great information .
love the anatomy
Lot of information I learned
Thanks you
Excellent demonstration,. I'm here sending back my support thank you and stay safe
Fabulous. Thank you!
NICE LECTURE.
Great explanation!!👍🏻
Great video!
Great video
Armando... Let me know if you ever do a clinical anatomy on the elbow or the shoulder! Your videos are amazing!
Be careful!! He has some mistakes, at least in this video
More than great , Thank you .
0:37 This is the Pisiform Bone, not the Piriformis Bone. Piriformis is located in the posterior hip.
He wrote pisiform later on tho. So syntax error i guess?
Thank you 😊
Superb video sir thank-you so much
Ur drawing is amazing man
Sir it would be helpful for many if you could videos on anatomy and physiology,
(Bdc and Sembuligam)🙏
czcams.com/video/dGpuggo6kWM/video.html
Clearly explained..loved the video👌👏❣
Thank you
great video very helpful
Thank you so much
perfect timing ! it's a part of my upcoming surgery exam.. thank you :)
Hi Armando!
Love the videos!
I was wondering if you could make a video specifically on nitroglycerin and its affects in conditions such as angina, chf, acute pulmonary edema, etc.
Thanks!
I love too
0:35 As you mention later in the video, that bone is called the h. PISIFORMIS. Pisiformis means “shaped like a pea”. Piriformis, on the other hand, means “shaped like a pear”, which that bone is not.
4:07 That tendon you drew belongs to the m. Flexor Digitorum Profundos, as it is the only forearm muscle that goes to the distal phalanges of the fingers ii-v. Also, the m. Palmaris Longus inserts itself in the flexor retinaculum.
Lastly, that muscle in particular is a pretty crappy anatomical reference, since about 1/6 of people don’t have it (and none of us really need it).
8:39 As you are saying, that bone is NOT a metatarsal, is a metacarpal.
ikr when he drew PL tendon that confused the hell out of me
thanks for taking the time to clarify
Amazing!
Wonderful, just so fascinating..thanks. Had trigger finger quite a few times...cortisone did the trick. Much better last few years.
Hi, first of all, i commend you for making such a fantastic video and presentation. However, I have a query; I believe you mismatched the order in which the upper finger bones are aligned. You mentioned in the video that the "Trapezoid which ends with a (d) comes first before the Trapezium, which ends with an (m)." I may be wrong but having looked at all the anatomy and physiology diagrams available online on the finger bones. The Trapezium comes before the Trapezoid. Kindly advise
thank you that was really helpful
Can't wait for the extensors!!
Could you take a photo or screenshot and make notes from each of your videos for us to use?
Very helpful thanks
Your video really save me 😍
You are the great
He is a skilled drawer.
I love hands thx so mich for this vid my guy
I love you sir♥️ So much greatful for you forever ❤❤❤
gustong gusto ko ganito sobrang gaan ng pakiramdam pagkatapos nito
Armando is ❤️
Great thanks!
Pisiform bone...not Piriformis Bone. Piriformis is a muscle in the gluteal region.
That's great!
Can I get some more information. This was too short !!! You are brilliant !!!
Why were you not around when I was going to through school okay you are awesome
Can u please upload a video on topic of pointing index finger deformity
Amazing
love u man
Do you have a video like this for the shoulder?
you have mentioned meta tarsal @9:19 which was MCP i guess. Also thumb has two phalanges but you seem to draw three
Actually, I think your drawings of sections by a horizontal plane should be all inverted. I think that because of the anatomical position and "a rule" that wants the horizontal sections to be viewed (and depicted) from bottom to top (as in MRI)
Perfect!
Nice very good
please make a video on the upper limb
I can't focus because of his drawings 😭😭😭😭. loved it. Thank you Sir.
ohh!! exactly
8:51 INTO THE VIDEO THE DIAGRAM SHOULD BE LABELED METACARPAL, NOT METATARSAL. THE ART WORK AND PENMANSHIP IS AMAZING AND VERY HELPFUL! THE EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF WRIST ANATOMY IS PROFOUND!
More !! foot , hip bone clavicle ...
Can you please make a video on the anatomy of the upper limb it would be highly appreciated..
sara john please I am requesting!
Please make more video
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing 👍🔔 🌹🤝🏻
I learned the carpal bones phrase: “So long the pinky, here comes the thumb”. I like that one because the pisiform in on the pinky side and the trapezium is on the thumb side.
She look too prety, try to catch her
Wonderful and fantastic video, I learned from it. Why does carpal tunnel syndrome affect females more than males?
Thanks a lot. For everything. 🌹🌹☘️☘️❤️☘️😍😍😍👏
My problem is top palm crease. With ring finger tendon huge pain with this tendon in palm been getting worst . it's been like 12 - 15 years
Wow, this video lecture is extremely helpful! Two thumbs up!
