I have discovered the secret of all the good EDM producers (there are execptions) but the vast majority have a lot of experience in the classical music world. Mat Zo's mother played violin in a professional symphony orchestra, Zedd's parents (or brother can't remember) are professional musicians and sound engineers. :)
