Great episode! When visiting Roatan a couple of years ago, we didn't venture too far off of the beaten path as we were unsure if there were areas that might be wise to avoid. If such a thing exists, it might make for a interesting content. Keep up the good work!

Great insight and advice on where to shop. Byron I would very much like to see a video on the local talent (handyman, carpenter, electrician, plumber from the East End of the island. The guys who do great but don't have the big company name. also what is the name of the app for Reco. thanks again for keeping my ear to the island.

@BYRONJKP I think it would be very beneficial for Paddy town and Oakridge's talented tradesmen to get exposure. The money they make would definitely help those communities. Also think of the possibilities. Most people from the East End of the island speak three languages. They would be able to effectively communicate with expats as well as Islanders, there will be a need for this with the building going on on the East End. One other thing to think about for people who maybe don't know trades. they can translate Spanish to English for expats having homes built.
