      As a brand new agent, with no money in the bank to pay for vulcan 7, how do I get the phone numbers to call? I am out door knocking every day though.

      ​@apeterson1453 Many title companies will pull up an area, a farm for you, for $2.50- 5.00 a list.

    This is excellent video. This is why it also equal important to always prospect and have cash reserves. We make a lot of offers to buy now and they are generally lower than everyone else. But that’s the power of having an abundance. Great video. 🤓

    In my opinion this lawsuit shows we are not trustworthy and sellers have no respect, I highly doubt they will be willing to take advice let alone accept a pie.
