Very interesting vid. First vid of a place where I‘ve never been that looks so extremely familiar to me.
What’s with those abandoned houses, partially semi rebuilt or once in contruction left there?
War effect? Were people investing and then suddenly the war took over (yes, I know the history of Kessab, but also some 20 km before it was even worse)?
That‘s your or your family‘s hotel, isn’t it?

Sadly, huge fires erupted there in October 2020. All those mountains used to be very green...
