Flood on railway track

This is a wonderful video. It is so nice see that the Engine Driver taking a risk and providing the transport service to the needy passengers at the hour of need. A country that spent huge sums of money waging war against Tamils and now Karma is biting them back. This country relies on loans to pay salaries of its govt workers and it doesn't even have money to relplenish its railways.
