Dear Deepak We are doing it.Distill mixture of water and DMF in atmospheric pressure most of water will come with DMF here operate at 90:10 reflux:Product ratio.Do online sample once u get purity of DMF then apply high vacuum.

It depends upon solvent / component property that which type of fluid used in distillation column and both how much volatile
