I am from New Delhi, India. I was aware of Dr. Israr Ahmad(Rahimahullah) since watching him on QTV programs in India when I when around 10 yrs old, but Allah swt gave me the opportunity during this quarantine to understand his views and vision. Alhamdulillah I am a better Muslim than I was an year ago. May Allah swt help me so that I can start the Dawah to Muslims as well as non-muslims. May Allah swt give Dr. Israr Ahmad(rahimahullah) a place in Jannat ul Firdaus and grant him the companionship of Rasulallah(saw), the Ambiya Ikram and the Sahaba's(r.a.). May Allah also give Jannat ul Firdaus to Moulana Abu Ala Maududi(rahimahullah) who inspired Dr. Israr Ahmad (rahimahullah) and because of him Dr. Sahab started a full time career in Dawah.
Don't write rahemullah for alive parson but sat or write hafejahullah

Dr Israr lectures now are so much more in context than when he originally delivered it because we are now seeing things unfold all around us in the world. @@syedbaqir2687 because of 1 mistake don't multiply all his effort to spread islam and to take on other religions missionaries with zero.
Dr Israr was a hanafi in fiqh but he drove people away from blind following mullahs. He brought people back to Quran and explained the importance of hadeeth in a society like Pakistan where blind following and ignorance is very high. His main issue was his support of Mohiuddin Ibn Arabi. Overall he was still a useful personality.

@syed baqir my dear brother As'salam O Alaiykum, we follow the instructions of the prophet Sa'lal Lahu Wa'sallam and according to the prophet Muhammad SAW saying that his companions are Sahaba RA ajmaeen.
Therefore, we called them RA no matter how they dealt with Ahlay baaait RA after the death of our prophet.

It is good that I watched this video. I had a lot of misconceptions about Dr. Naik, which are clarified in my mind.Alhamdolillah. I am a great fan and lover Dr. Israr’s work. In my opinion he was a scholar of par excellence.
Exactly I too had some misconception about Dr. Zakir Naik. But watching this video, I felt that I am worthless to think anything low about Dr. Zakir Naik.
He is doing the work of Dawah more effective for the literate class particularly.

Was very Fortunate to see my Mentor Dr. Israr Ahmed R.A in 2004 YMCA Mumbai visit, & witness all Events Host by IRF in Mumbai back then, also met many Speakers n Sheikhs in Peace Conference 2007/8/9 n in DXB also.
My Mother was friends with Wife of Dr Zakir naik & they had visited our home back in 1998.
