  • In this video, we explore how the Middle Way, as taught by the Buddha, helps us balance profound spiritual paradoxes. This path navigates between the extremes of being and non-being, acknowledging the interdependent nature of reality. We delve into the teachings of Nagarjuna and the concept of dependent origination, revealing how everything we perceive is both empty and impermanent. Join us as we unravel the complexities of conventional and ultimate truths, and discover how to live a balanced life that embraces the paradoxical nature of existence.

Beautifully explained. The mind made raft that we use to reach an intellectual understanding which must then be abandoned in order for the truth beyond mind - the "I" within each of us to be revealed

We are all surfing the waves of time on a sea of history.

I personally got a lot out of this. All seemingly things I feel I already know but were connected by you to other truths in a meaningful way. Thank you for sharing your time, thoughts and insights.🙏

So basically, we exist, just not in the way we think we do.

All is now. The present. One.
Form - the stuff and things that appear as thought, emotions, feels, and the world of the senses - is the formless aspect of that which this form stuff refers to as consciousness.
What is awareness? What is the present moment? Formless nothing. Form is the formless aspect of consciousness. I am aware that I am aware that I am formless.
Observe. What is the shape of awareness? Nothing. You aware of this truth? Yes. This is why you are aware of this (form).
Form is like bubbles in a bath sponge, like the hole that humans are pushed into the world from. A null. A void. Yet, it be. All comes from a hole because form is not.
Form is the formless aspect of I. Form is I. This is why form appears now. Why? Because I am the presence that is aware that I am formless.
Form is the one and the same. The formless aspect of I the true self.
Yet, in truth, there is no self. Why? Because self is presented by form, and form is not there. It is the formless aspect of that which is labeled as consciousness.
To identify with this explanation is the misidentification that is the pain and the suffering that is the alert that is the indication that is the I am not self. Commonly labelled as Ego.
Ego serves as the wake up call that is the misidentification that is the pain and the suffering that is the I am not self. Yet, in truth, Ego is the true self I am.
Ego Sign. Sadness, Guilt, Anxiety, and Arousal (frustration-anger and excitement).
Sadness: fear and desire of beginning and ending, of leaving and remaining.
Guilt: fear and desire of acceptance and rejection, of being more than of being less than.
Anxiety: fear and desire of knowing and unknowing. (This explanation).
Arousal (frustration-anger and excitement) : the fear of desire and the desire of fear. The fear and desire of position and opposition.
When Ego Sign is present, Surrender to it with a Sigh of Relief. Two half breaths in through the nose followed by a long slow Sigh of Relief out through the mouth. Physical surrender.
One cannot fight, flee, hide, and fool when one is Surrender. Surrender with a Sigh of Relief to the pain and the suffering. Why? Because the pain and suffering is the action that is fear and desire that is fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. Yet, in truth, all is consciousness.
    I am.
