AVOID THE HYUNDAI VENUE!

I don't usually make a detail video of how crappy a specific car is but this car had to many problems to not make a video on. THIS IS NOT MY VEHICLE. This video is to help people avoid certain HYUNDAI model vehicles because why would you want a car that gives you problems right?

You bring up fair points about your experince. I have a blue Venue with just over 20,000 miles. It's been a great car outside of the recalls. That color is terrible but obviously someone in your family chose to buy it so that can't be blamed on the car.
The door lock issue isn't really an issue imo. If the key stops working they give a backup and you can use the turn key if you have to but it's just not the recommended way.
The people not knowing know about the car I'd a more common issue for all cars more and more. Unless that's a big issue it's not a lemon and even if it is it might just be for that one car but it has a 100,000 mile warenty which is actually a good thing.

I think any buyer who pays little over 20 thousand for a vehicle that has a transmission recall, security issues, and check engine light not once but 5 individual times under 10 thousand miles is considered a lemon. BUT I do understand where one out of a bunch will have its problems.
The Hyundai dealerships are closing coast to coast right now in the states for a reason so I am not surprised they are offering 100,000 mile warranty, it's the same thing the Hyundai Tech told me, and it is the only thing keeping Hyundai afloat right now. I don't know about you but every visit at the dealership was filled with angry customers. But I hope all goes well with your vehicle you don't run into the problems I have encountered.
