I remember 14 year old insecure me watching Jessie J's video of her singing this song in the subway station all those years ago and just sitting there. Still. Quiet. Eyes watery. I hadnt resonated so much with a song. That insecure 14 y/o who forever got bullied at school & tried so hard to "fit in" is now a secure 20 something y/o successful business woman who has realized I was made to stand out.
