Pedro Neto will wear the number seven shirt for Chelsea which had been worn by Raheem Sterling.
Chelsea are willing to listen to offers for Sterling just two years after he joined from Manchester City for £50m in 2022.
Maresca informed the 29-year-old last Friday that he was not in his plans this season and he was left out of the squad that lost to City last Sunday, as well as the team preparing to face Servette on Thursday.

As far as it's been reported he's turned up for work and tried to get back into the team and looked decent in pre-season. The way Chelsea have been treating him and other players recently is just disgusting and sets a negative precedent for the other players watching on.

This is one of the things they avoided in 2004 with the Abramovich takeover. They signed guys like Drogba Makelele and Joe Cole to build culture and supplement the squad rather than mercenaries that City tried to sign right after they took over.
Almost all 2009 era city players admitted they went to get the money and almost all 2005 era Chelsea signings say they went there to win.
