Killer tribute to Floyd
Nightwish... Where Marko the backup singer is better than most front singers of other bands.
Marko Hietala is well loved and respected in Finland as one of the pioneers of metal in that country. His voice is unique and he has a wide catalog of music outside of Nightwish. From his band "Tarot", try the song "Tides". And, from the supergroup "Northern Kings" my favorite is the cover of Phil Collins song "In the Air Tonight."

I believe Marco took part of the song writing with this one and is mentioned as a composer. He has performed this song acoustic also after leaving Nightwish.
In this version I wish Marco (or they) would have continued 10 seconds longer. Floor was just about to unleash her voice.
Marko is actually guitarist and singer songwriter in his one band but in Nightwish he were the bassist and second singer doing like the rest of the band exactly what is needed and not mush more for the music that's what makes them unica and great no egos they play begores they like it and haw a blast preforming for there fans even floor that fits in to Nightwish like a old shou is humble and a wherry down on earth person

This was originally supposed to be just a man and a guitar - type of song - as on the record. Anyway, the Tampere concert was quite important to the whole band and they "just decided" to join the song. For example, the parents of Floor were first time seeing their daughter singing live on stage with Nightwish. Obviously Marco was the only member of the band, who wasn't aware of this and that's where you got the big smile😀
There are still many songs for you to watch, this is another banger with Marko as main character, he's great right?! And a different venue, concert too. Enjoy the journey, my man watching for your next trip!
You should do Crewish, (when the pandemic started bands had to let their crew people go, Nightwish promoted their crew for doing their versions of Nightwish covers, and it was numero uno in physical album sold in Finland when Unemployd Blacksmiths was released. Great stuff.

Same thing in practic, yet the translation on the OG comment which I typed down(as a Finn) is more alike ; "from word to word" translated... I forgot the word/expression "Okei/Okay/OK..."
If you wanna see what Marko can do, watch "High Hopes" from the End of an Era concert. Amazing. BTW, Marko trained as a classical guitarist.
