Really underrated sport. This deserves more views!!
I'll concur with the general distaste towards to two-point line, but add another thought as well--it looks like (from these clips at least) the defense was getting down the field faster off of the moved-up pulls, which seems like something good to balance out how much longer it is to sprint down an 80 yard field than a club-sized one. As pulling technique changes and improves, though, we can expect various adjustments to need to be made to pulling, including distance. I don't think that these need to include the rest of the defense, though. It's perfectly fair to have the puller line up ten or twenty yards back. Maybe not a revolutionary thought, but I thought I'd put it into the ether. 🤷♂️
One thing about this game...These players play for the love of the game...Not the $$$ and it can be seen by how hard they play in the All star games. They aren't playing to stay injured free or acting as if they'd rather be at a party somewhere. They are playing for fun, to win and like competitors,
no matter the outcome this was a fun game to watch
What a blast of a weekend! Abe coffin
7 second stall is fast enough and not being able to go behind half field after crossing it is taking away from a normal recourse. It sounds like they're trying to make it more fast paced but it's going to come out hyper spastic. What's the rush?
I think 30 yards is too close for a 2 pointer. Get rid of the backcourt rule, then make it a midfield huck or longer for 2 pts. Then you might have some opportunistic back-passing to set up the huck, a la basketball.
KPS truly putting the in the effort in the end zone.
New rules are fire. Epic game
why not add in the time ben jagt hit the griddy
I love the 2-pointer as an All-Star Game format. No one wants to see zone handler swings all day in an All-Star Game - bring on the hucks!
Sound is weird and out of sync... I reloaded it twice to check. Get your media act together AUDL.
Rule additions are 🔥
If the idea behind 2-point hucks is to reduce long drives of boring methodical small ball, it worked but all hucks is as uninteresting as all small ball. You know what would do the trick: no backwards throws (with the usual 7-second stall.) It would speed up points and encourage more long throws while still rewarding small ball and would make for more interesting defensive strategy.
I think a possession "shot clock" is better then back court violations. A 2 and 3 minutes timer and the team can attempt one last throw that is a turn over if it isn't a goal.
The boring part is not attempting to score and just holding possession but not throwing backwards really makes the game kinda weird and is a little vague.
@@curtisclack9067 I really like this idea makes perfect sense as a slow progression is better efficiency wise but would require far more skill and thinking to play as apposed to just pitching it to another handler until someone inevitably comes completely open.
