Yeah you'll just do the same without adding anything. Added hairs for volume & length; clean, cohesive styling . Also let's style last longer, slowing the frizz of our natural hair =longevity of the style. This advice can be used for any style BTW ❤
I never knew extensions help it last longer. My 10 yr old gets flat twists and cornrows. Gels make her scalp itch w/in a day. And she doesn't want extensions bc she did a research report abt them. I guess we're stuck with the frizz. Thx for this 👍🏾

Tiny pieces of my hair was sticking out everywhere to I looked like I got electrocuted 😂 idk how people can handle them for such a long period of time. I want to give it another try but stylists be charging so much for them nowadays.

I used to wear these all the time around 10 - 15 years ago. They aren't tight at all like cornrow. Flat twist helped my hair grow out super fast
