Here’s a few details on the carbon tax rebate.
Provinces that participate in the federal carbon tax program - Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, P.E.I and Newfoundland and Labrador - qualify for the rebate.
British Columbia, Quebec and Northwest Territories have their own carbon tax system for consumers so residents there don’t receive the federal payment.
Payments are distributed quarterly to those that file a federal tax return.
I would be contacting CRA directly and following up if you meet the above criteria and have not received payment. Best of luck.

You would not have to lift people out of poverty if you would quit taxing them out of all their money. The social programs that you keep proposing are not, I repeat NOT investments. Those things are expenses that cost money that could be used to build houses and housing units . If you will get off the people's back with outrageous taxes and fees, they will be able to afford their own child support, food, and utilitities. You tax and program them into poverty and then come in with more socialist programs that will just drive you further into debt which again makes their situation worse. The best thing that could happen to Canada is if the liberal party would just go away and let conservatives take over.

In 1984 when I went to Mexico I couldn’t believe how poor people lived down there especially in Mazatlan walking up and the Beaches trying to sell Blankets T shirts and kids on street corner selling yarn Dolls. When I came back home I was so glad I lived here. And now the way things are going here I am so afraid it will get that way where people will have to sell things on the street corners just to get money to buy something to eat or be able to buy their medication. I have never been so embarrassed to be let alone call myself a Canadian.
